American Express Online Payment through Mobile Banking
Amex’s official mobile banking application is the easiest way to pay credit card bills. They have both Andriod and I tunes mobile applications. American Express Online Payment through Net Banking
To avail of this facility, the customer has to be registered with the Amex Net Banking facility. You can make the payment from your savings or current account online at ease. Click here to reach for the net banking page as shown in below image:
After submitting your details you can access the credit card net banking option. After reaching the credit card section, you can avail of all the features. You can check statements, pay the bill, check unbilled amounts, etc.
American Express Online Payment through Direct Debit
Customers should pay credit card dues on time. To make this process easier, the Amex offers an AutoPay option. In this option, you authorize Amex to automatically debit your bank account with Amount Due to your monthly Credit Card bill. You have the option to edit, suspend, or temporarily stop theDirect Debit. Click here to reach the registration page. Once you click it takes you to the login page for registration as shown in the below image:
If you have login details that are username and password, enter the details in the left-hand section and click on Go. You will reach the correct page and access the dashboard and enable Direct Debit. You have to submit your bank as well as credit card details.
If you don’t have login details, please select I am New user and click on Go. A new window will open as shown in the below image:
As shown, you have to create a User ID and password. On the right-hand side, you will get help as to how to create ID and password. After creating login details you can access the dashboard.
Download an enrolment form
You have the option to start Direct Debit offline also. You have to simply fill a form where you provide personal as well as your bank details. Bank details will be of the account from where you want American Express to debit the amount. You can download the form from the below link and send it to the below address.

Amex Payment Offline
Automated Phone Service
You can make the payment from anywhere on Phone. You can simply call your bank and make immediate or scheduled payments to your Card Account. It can take up to 3 days to process the payment. You will need the following Account information to set up scheduled payments:

Pay Bill in Person
You can visit any New Zealand Post office to make payment. Moreover, you have to carry either via EFTPOS or Cash along with the latest card statement for payments at New Zealand Post. It can take up to 3 days to process the payment. Card Members who receive online statements are ineligible to pay their bills in person.
